Contract

This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.

UNICEF is committed to diversity and inclusion within its workforce, and encourages all qualified candidates, irrespective of nationality, religious and ethnic backgrounds, gender identity and sexual orientation, as well as persons living with disabilities, to apply to become a part of the organization. UNICEF’s office is accessible to a certain extent, and employees are entitled to reasonable accommodations that are needed for ensuring equitable working conditions.

UNICEF Serbia’s Private Sector Plan (PSP) 2022 is guided by the UNICEF Strategic Plan and UNICEF Serbia's Country Programme Document’s goal to contribute to national efforts to progressively fulfil the rights of all children in Serbia, especially the most disadvantaged and excluded, and enable them to develop to their full potential in an inclusive and protective society respectful of their voice.

To achieve the planned income growth, UNICEF Serbia needs to strengthen individual donor acquisition and retention through on-line and off-line channels. Within the pledge activities, Face-to-Face Fundraising has been identified as a central technique for pledge acquisition and therefore the office plans to expand this activity during the next years.

UNICEF Serbia manages in-house the Face-to-Face Fundraising activities, which has resulted in intense human resources management, including recruitment, administration and supervision of Face-to-Face Fundraising individual contractors, as well as back-end support.
