You have:
- Minimum two years work experience in data collection.
- Education: Diploma in Statistics, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or any related social science.
- Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Siswati.
- Be familiar with the use of mobile data collection methods.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.

JOB PURPOSE
To collect data on the current food insecurity situation and monitoring of WFP programmes using mobile phones. Providing real-time data for decision-making.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
Under the overall supervision of the Head of Programme and direct supervision of the Programme Policy Officer (M&E/VAM), the Data Enumerator will perform the following duties:
- To collect food security and nutritional data using digital devices;
- Undertake Post Delivery Monitoring; Baselines and End of Project Monitoring for WFP response activities/programmes;
- To transfer collected data into the mobile data collecting system, the ODK, using Samsung tablets
- To participate in programme evaluation initiatives, recognizing and giving an account of challenges and lesson learnt in obtaining data during the assessment and other events, to support evaluation of data collection mechanism and analysis;
STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Diploma in Statistics, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or any related social sicence; Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Siswati
