You have:

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents as well as in monitoring and reporting is required.
• Experience in data analytics is required.
• Experience in building and maintaining partnerships is highly desirable.
• Skills in preparing programmatic and financial reports.
• Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, among others), email, and internet; familiarity with database management; familiarity with AI, and office technology equipment.

Contract

This UN Volunteer assignment is part of the United Nations Resident Coordinator´s Office (UNRCO) work on evaluating the current UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) and designing the new UNSDCF - a core instrument for providing a coherent, strategic direction for UN development activities by all UN entities at the country level and implementing strategic partnership and finance for development initiatives based on data.

Under the direct supervision of the Partnership Officer the UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks: 1. Support the activities related to the evaluation of current and design of the new UNSDCF, including formulation actions such as the results framework and following on the results and specialized group activities and outputs. 2. Assistance in designing and implementing resource mobilization and partnership efforts for cross-cutting and multistakeholder local initiatives. 3. Support in designing and implementing strategic multi-stakeholder partnership engagement actions for combating poverty, inequalities, crisis prevention and mediation, 4. Support the update of the annual workplan and funding framework of the UNSDCF, and pro-vide data and financial analysis, including UN INFO data analysis and platform update. 5. Contribute to knowledge management in the substantive area of work, including the UNSDCF, development of methodological guidance and learning materials, as well as contributions to UN communities of practice, online and in-person; 6. Assistance in creating development coordination content (documents, briefing notes, graphic content, others) on humanitarian-development and peace interlinkages.

Numerous shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, and cinemas are available. A wide variety of accommodation options are available. The road network is good in terms of spread and quality. Traffic, however, can be overwhelming. It is advised to live near the UN Office in Zone 14.
