Overview
Manage clinical and laboratory data for health governance initiatives.
You have:
- Min. 1 year experience in clinical research and/or infectious diseases research.
- Experience working with tuberculosis (TB) research or similar infectious disease projects is preferred.
- Having experience with genome sequencing or genomics-based diagnostic projects would be an added value.
- Experienced in handling clinical data and patient consent with good understanding of clinical workflows and patient data confidentiality.
- Familiarity with management of sequencing datasets and GCP compliance would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies is preferred.
- Strong skills in data management, including clinical data, sequencing metadata, and laboratory records.
- Ability to interpret sequencing results at a clinical level would be considered an added value.
- Excellent skills in using office software packages and proficiency in data analysis software/tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or Python for data cleaning/processing).
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
Contract
