You have:
- A first university degree, Bachelor, degree in customs, business administration, law, economics or related area is required.
- At least 2 years of work experience in trade, investment or customs sector, especially in Turkmenistan, is required.
- Work experience of work in customs administration, revenue authority or trade support institution, or international organization would be an advantage.
- Combination of IT and Customs experience would be a strong advantage.
- Fluency written and oral in English is required.
- Knowledge of Russian and local languages of the CIS region would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia the consultant will undertake following duties: - Providing functional advise in testing new modules of ASYCUDA and Single Window in Turkmenistan; - Testing of data exchange with external systems; - Preparation of integration data sets; - Updating system information, based on new regulatory acts; - Providing trainings to customs staff and governmental entities; - Providing regular inputs to project status reports and updates.
Qualifications/special skills
