Overview

Help in mapping the ASYCUDA NCTS-6 methodologies in compliance with EU standards.

You have:

  • A first university degree, Bachelor, in project management, technical science, information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related area is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience of work in ICT project management including experience of design, development, testing and piloting complex ICT applications, dealing with customs automation and Single Window systems methodology and documentation is required.
  • Fluency oral and written in Romanian is required.
  • Knowledge of English is desirable.
  • Working experience in an international organization is desirable.
  • Working experience in the transition economies region is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia the incumbent will undertake following duties: Preparation of Phase 1 system documentation including - Business and technical analysis - Technical and functional requirements for the new system components - Description of processes that ensure the functionality of the system

Qualifications/special skills

A first university degree, Bachelor, in project management, technical science, information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related area is required. At least 7 years of experience of work in ICT project management including experience of design, development, testing and piloting complex ICT applications, dealing with customs automation and Single Window systems methodology and documentation is required Working experience in an international organization is desirable. Working experience in the transition economies region is desirable.

Languages

Fluency oral and written in Romanian is required. Knowledge of English is desirable
