The National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP) Accelerator Partnership is a global, country-led initiative supporting accelerated implementation of NBSAPs to halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.
The Partnership’s MatchMaking Mechanism (MMM) connects country requests for technical and financial support with a global network of partners. As the mechanism scales, its CRM system—currently built in monday.com—requires optimization to better support:
- Multi-partner engagement across multiple requests

Phase 1 of the CRM is operational but limited in its ability to track relational data and generate actionable insights. Phase 2 will focus on system optimization, relational structuring, and improved reporting capabilities.
The Online Volunteer will support the technical implementation and optimization of the existing CRM system by translating a defined CRM strategy into a functional, scalable system within monday.com.
The role focuses on system configuration, data structuring, and workflow implementation, ensuring the CRM becomes:
-Relational (multi-request, multi-partner tracking) -Structured and searchable -Capable of generating aggregated insights -Usable for both operational and strategic decision-making
By the end of the assignment, the volunteer will deliver:
An improved CRM structure within monday.com, including: - One engagement tracking system (board) (Supplier ↔ Request) - At least 3 operational dashboards for tracking supplier engagement, request pipeline, match progress - One documented system structure and guidance for internal users
The assignment is open to candidates of all nationalities. Strong background in UX design, HR processes, digital optimization, and product management, AI, and/or web design and development.
