Online Volunteer will provide 2 square and 2 horizontal designs of social media cards promoting volunteerism in Europe and Central Asia. There are 10 countries that we will relate to, so the task requires 40 designs in total. For each couple of square and horizontal cards, the featured text will be identical (only formatting differ). The way to source the texts and supplements such as logos will be provided.

    The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Programme is the UN organization that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide by advocating for volunteerism, encouraging partners to integrate volunteerism into development programming, and mobilizing volunteers. The UNV Regional Office for Europe and CIS provides oversight and strategic guidance to the UNV Field Units in the region and is accountable for the placement of UN Volunteers mobilized for UN Agencies, Funds, and Programmes focused on peace, development, and humanitarian needs. Social Media coverage of general recommendations to the public on how to support Sustainable Development in everyday actions is critically important to raise the visibility of the mission that volunteerism and the programme brings to potential candidates and acting volunteers.

  • Volunteers: 1 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 3 weeks

    Candidates need to be fully capable to use Instagram and editing software such as Canva, Premier Pro, Photoshop or similar and to write in literature and correct English language. Candidates must consider themselves guru of Instagram promotion and shall share the evidence.
