Morobe Development Foundation Inc is looking for three Online Volunteers respectively who have knowledge in digital film making. The Online Volunteers will be collaborating with the Foundations contact person to write a story plan and produce a short promotional video on (1) illegal logging, (2) conservation of flora and fauna and (3) climate change. Each Online Volunteer will be tasked to carry out the assignment for one of the three areas as mentioned above. Details of the task will be communicated to the volunteer through email while other social media channels may be utilized as well too ensure the task is carried out diligently and the short video is released for public viewing. Online Volunteers will be certified and credited for the materials produced and shared online.

    The task is part of the Foundations Objective which is to address climate change, illegal logging and the preservation of biodiversity and the conservation of the flora and fauna in Papua New Guinea. The video produced will be distributed to various media outlets in Papua New Guinea and will be shared on various social media pages such as Twitter, Facebook and Google to raise awareness on these issues.

  • Volunteers: 3 needed

  • 1-5 hours per week / 10 weeks

    Candidates must be creative, innovative and must be able to work with people of different background and culture. They must have knowledge and experience in writing a story board and have used various digital video making software in the past. Must be gender conscious and can work along without any supervision to meet the deadline set by the Foundation.
