  • Highly developed written and oral English communication skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and reporting and research skills.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
  • Extensive experience in partner capacity development role at senior level.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a cross-cultural setting with several long-distance working relationships across time zones.

We are looking for an experienced volunteer to contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan to improve engagement and support of PAAJAF activities. Collaborating with PAAJAF leaders, this volunteer will produce a 12 month action plan with clear goals, activities and responsibilities, to gradually broaden our US network.

    PAAJAF Foundation has an objective to provide education and extracurricular activities to youth ages 4-12. Educated children are better prepared to build a more prosperous future for themselves and their families. This task will help to extend and strengthen our partnership networks. This will help provide more and better quality programs for our children.

  • Volunteers: 1 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 15 weeks

    Highly developed written and oral English communication skills; Excellent communicator with strong written and reporting and research skills, and an excellent ability to influence verbally to persuade with diplomacy and tact; Demonstrated management and leadership abilities; Extensive experience in partner capacity development role at senior level; Ability to work cooperatively in a cross-cultural setting with several long-distance working relationships across time zones
