You have:

This annual feedback form is an essential tool for understanding the needs and expectations of our beneficiaries, allowing us to enhance our impact and ensure that our activities align with their goals and aspirations.
Design and develop an online feedback form to gather insights from the beneficiaries of the Jadir Taekwondo Association (AJTKD). The form will aim to capture participants' thoughts on the organization's impact, their experiences with our programs, suggestions for improvement, and expectations for the upcoming year. The volunteer will ensure that the form is user-friendly, engaging, and effectively gathers the necessary information.
