Create a presentation video for a Teams site project.

You have:

• Video editing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in outreach or advocacy projects.

We need your assistance to create a short video (maximum 1-2 minutes) to present a Microsoft Teams site with a Document Library. The goal is to convince colleagues in other UN agencies to join the teams site and input documents into the document library, which is joint database of UN documents. We would like to present a short video introducing the rationale for the project and demoing the Teams site and document library. We would need to present this video in about two weeks.   This is to present to various UN agencies a teams site and document library (joint database of UN documents). The document library contains thematic policies from eight UN organizations and we want to reach out to other UN organizations to involve them in this project. Therefore, the video will be communication/outreach material for HR colleagues in other organizations.

• Volunteers: 1 needed

• 1-5 hours per week / 2 weeks

  We don't have a specific software to do the video and therefore are not able to provide the tools, except for access to the Teams site.
