Lead CHAI’s strategy, operations, and programmatic impact in Myanmar.

You have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 12 years of work experience; or Advanced degree plus 10 years of work experience; or equivalent demonstrated experience
Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full operational and financial responsibility
Experience conceiving, planning, and executing complex programs or projects with verifiable results
Demonstrated ability to build trust and navigate complex government processes with multiple stakeholders, including at ministerial level
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Knowledge of global health systems
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Myanmar and regionally
