Details

Working in line with government authorities and the UN, NRC aims to expand its access into new areas in Iraq, to address unmet needs and respond to new emergencies. The goal is to ensure that NRC is present and able to provide assistance in areas with the highest needs. The position reports to the Country Security Manager (CSM). The Country Access Coordinator will support the CSM in implementation of the countrywide access strategy in coordination with our offices across Iraq; the Country Access Coordinator will perform liaison activities at Baghdad level and will be a NRC focal point to the Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations (DNGO) in support of the Country Director.
