This is an exciting opportunity to support the Global Corporate Relations section in day-to-day activities related to corporate partnerships.

What we are looking for

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified Corporate Relations Coordinator with relevant experience within administration, communications, project work or similar.

What you will do

Some of your specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and initiate the production and distribution of corporate partnership content including articles, videos, impact reports, newsletters and social media posts.
  • Distribute content via the section’s internal and external communications platforms including Workplace, LinkedIn and employee giving platforms.
  • Support team with organisational assessments of NRC initiated by partners.
  • Conduct vetting of potential corporate partners.
  • Respond to enquiries from corporate donors related to one-off donations and emergency fundraising.
  • Coordinate corporate fundraising campaigns.
  • Support the team with the planning and execution of events and partner activities when relevant.
  • Support the section with administrative tasks including the coordination of section meetings, workshops, retreats and minutes.
  • Support with the development of the section’s routines and procedures.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within administration, communications, project work or similar.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, particularly Excel and preferably PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of use of Mailchimp, LinkedIn or other digital tools is an advantage.
  • Interest in humanitarian and displacement issues an advantage.
  • Must possess a higher education degree.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Documented abilities to simultaneously manage numerous tasks, schedules, and documents.
  • Demonstrated high quality communication skills including writing and editing text for public engagement.

  • Duty station: Oslo, Norway.
  • Contract: national contract, permanent.
  • Salary/benefits: grade 7 on NRC’s regional salary scale, with accompanying terms and conditions.
