UNICEF works in some of the world's toughest places, to reach the world's most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone, and we never give up.

For every child, results.

UNICEF wants to make sure that all children in Brazil can enjoy their rights, particularly those who have been excluded from the country's progress and those who grow up in especially vulnerable circumstances. To achieve its goals, UNICEF works both at national level to influence policies and programmes for children as well as in the regions where most of the disadvantaged children live: in the Semi-arid and Amazon regions and the large cities. One of our goals is to guarantee to all children and adolescents’ access to quality health; the sexual and reproductive rights of adolescents and young people; and the full development of children in early childhood.

The corporate partnerships operation has seen a big transformation and progress in hand of a redesigned structure for the past few years. The structure was established over the basis of having a group of fundraisers specialized in New Business Development (NBD) and other group specifically focused in Key Account Management (KAM).

Since then, the operation grew in number of partners and complexity. Besides the increased number of partnerships, there is also a growing complexity in terms of engaging modalities coexisting, both in financial and non-financial terms that requires a close follow up, engagement and liaison with other areas from the KAM team.

Another relevant consideration is the fact that more regional and global partnerships are focusing its implementation in Brazil, demanding involvement of the KAM team in different degrees.
