Overview

Supervise and assist community volunteers in climate resilience project activities.

You have:

Be a holder of a university degree at the bachelor's level in social sciences, public administration, development, or equivalent
Have excellent command of the French language including the ability to write analytical reports
Have the ability to analyze and synthesize
Master computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in formulation, implementation, and monitoring of projects
Confirmed ability to manage teams and coordinate
Practical knowledge of results-based management
Excellent oral and written communication skills with stakeholders to facilitate liaison and negotiations with partners
Good knowledge of common office software applications
Have confirmed analysis and synthesis skills to report results
Have an initiative and anticipation mindset
Have good abilities to work in a multicultural and team environment
