Overview
Support project implementation and management for sexual and reproductive health initiatives.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in health programs and/or community health.
- Fluency in Wolof and French is mandatory, with intermediate English communication skills required, both written and oral.
- In-depth understanding of community health. Proven communication skills are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data to guide decision-making.
- Ability to write quality technical documents, including data-based reports, and present them in narrative and graphical form.
- Ability to synthesize a wide range of information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in urgency with maximum efficiency and impact.
- Diplomatic and relational skills: ability to communicate effectively and establish lasting relationships with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to navigate complex government processes and influence decision-making in a professional and collaborative manner.
