You have:
- 5-8 years’ experience in Procurement & Supply Chain with 3 years in a development organisation.
- Master’s degree, preferably in management, or business studies or a relevant discipline.
- Certificate/Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain will be given preference.
- Experience in procurement, transportation and distribution, warehouse management and stock management, etc.
- Experience working with international NGOs desirable.
- Experience in the procurement of services, medical supplies and construction items is preferred.

The Opportunity The Coordinator- Procurement & Supply Chain (P&S) is responsible for ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement and supply chain management for the CBPF project, ensuring value for money and timely delivery of goods and services in line with Save the Children International (SCI) policies and donor requirements.
Working under the technical guidance of the Manager- Procurement & Supply Chain and the supervision of the Project Manager, the coordinator will lead procurement planning and sourcing processes, including framework agreement management, vendor negotiation, and contract compliance. The role will closely coordinate with programme teams to ensure procurement plans align with project implementation timelines and will support the field supply chain team in ensuring smooth delivery and inventory management.
The coordinator will also monitor supplier performance, procurement tracking, and inventory systems, generate procurement reports, and contribute to strengthening procurement practices through continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-8 years’ experience in P&SC with 3 years in a development organisation.
- Master’s degree, preferably in management, or business studies or a relevant discipline.
- Others: Certificate/Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain will be given preference.
- Additional professional certificates: Certificates related to this position & area of responsibilities.
- Experience in procurement, transportation and distribution, warehouse management and stock management, etc.
- Experience working with international NGOs desirable.
- Experience in the procurement of services, medical supplies and construction items is preferred.
