You have:
- University and/or technical training in Legal Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, Psychology or related fields.
- Knowledge about Emergency Response and Humanitarian Aid.
- Minimum two years of experience in similar positions with personnel management.
- Knowledge for working in interagency platforms and community organizations.
- Experience in partnership and strategic relations with municipal governments and other relevant actors.
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Planning management using the Logical Framework.
- Writing technical reports.
- Use of computational tools and social communication tools.
- Knowledge of facilitation methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to drive a 4x4 vehicle.

Requisitos Indispensables
Educación
- Formación universitaria y/o técnica en Ciencias Jurídicas, Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Psicología o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento sobre Respuesta a Emergencias y Ayuda Humanitaria.
- Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos.
Experiencia
- Mínimo dos años de experiencia en posiciones similares con manejo de personal.
- Conocimiento para el trabajo en plataformas interinstitucionales y organizaciones comunitarias.
- Trabajo en asocio y relacionamiento estratégico con gobiernos municipales y otros actores relevantes.
- Experiencia con equipos multidisciplinarios.
Habilidades Técnicas
- Manejo de planificación mediante Marco Lógico.
- Redacción de informes técnicos.
- Manejo de herramientas computacionales y de comunicación social.
- Manejo de metodologías y técnicas de facilitación.
- Conducir vehículo 4x4.
