You have:
- University degree in Social Work, Educational Administration, Social Development Management or related fields.
- Minimum of three years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in operational planning and management of social projects.
- Experience in the formation and strengthening of community networks.
- Experience using participatory and playful methodologies with children, adolescents, and youth.
- Skills in leadership, communication, planning, innovation, and results orientation.
- Excellent ability to draft technical documents and handle computer tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive 4x4 vehicles.
- Advanced English desirable.

La posici贸n ser谩 responsable de asegurar la implementaci贸n efectiva del Patrocinio Integrado en los Programas de 脕rea, fortaleciendo las capacidades del personal y las estructuras comunitarias, promoviendo la participaci贸n significativa de la ni帽ez y garantizando el cumplimiento de los est谩ndares de calidad, salvaguarda y gesti贸n de la informaci贸n.
Requisitos principales:
- Grado universitario en Trabajo Social, Pedagog铆a en Administraci贸n Educativa, Gerencia de Desarrollo Social o carreras afines.
- Experiencia m铆nima de tres a帽os en puestos similares.
- Experiencia en planificaci贸n operativa y gesti贸n de proyectos sociales.
- Experiencia en la conformaci贸n y fortalecimiento de redes comunitarias.
- Experiencia utilizando metodolog铆as participativas y l煤dicas con ni帽ez, adolescencia y juventud.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicaci贸n, planificaci贸n, innovaci贸n y orientaci贸n a resultados.
- Excelente capacidad para redactar documentos t茅cnicos y manejar herramientas inform谩ticas.
- Licencia de conducir vigente y capacidad para conducir veh铆culos 4x4.
- Ingl茅s avanzado deseable.
