Coordinate and follow up on programmatic and financial execution of the project.
You have:
- Professional degree in Legal, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Master's or formal studies in Project Administration and Management.
- Experience in developing planning processes and capacity strengthening of civil society and local governments.
- Experience coordinating diagnostic studies and evaluations of interventions in childhood.
- Two or more years of experience leading projects on migration and forced displacement.
- Must have the ability to drive a 4x4 vehicle.
- Must reside in SPS.

Key Responsibilities:
Algunas Responsabilidades
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución programática y financiera del proyecto.
- Coordinar los procesos de participación social a nivel del sector, mediante el establecimiento de estrategias e incidencia en los territorios municipales asignados.
- Liderar al equipo de técnicos asignados, mediante la asesoría y asistencia técnica operativa y acompañamiento, fomentando el trabajo en equipo e impulsando el desarrollo y cuidado de sus colaboradores
- Asegurar la correcta documentación de procesos, rendición de cuentas basada en evidencias y el reportaje oportuno del desempeño del proyecto en su área asignada.
Educación
- Profesional Universitario con formación en áreas de Ciencias Jurídicas, Sociales o carreras afines .
- Maestría o Estudios Formales en Administración y Gerencia de Proyectos
Experiencia
- Experiencia en desarrollo de procesos planificación y de fortalecimiento de capacidades a actores de la sociedad civil y gobiernos locales
- Experiencia en coordinar Estudios Diagnósticos y Evaluaciones de Intervenciones en Niñez.
- Dos o mas años de experiencia liderando proyectos de migración y desplazamiento forzado.
- Cnducir Vehiculo 4x4.
- Residir en SPS
