Overview
Lead the strategic and operational implementation of the VenEsperanza emergency program in Antioquia.
You have:
- Professional in areas of social sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with victim, vulnerable and/or migrant populations, and at least 2 years overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in coordinating humanitarian programs and/or international cooperation.
- Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in cash transfer processes.
- Knowledge and experience in economic recovery processes and livelihoods for migrant, returned populations and host communities.
- Knowledge of the intervention area and Venezuelan context.
- Excellent management of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), including tables and databases.
- Desirable knowledge of Sphere standards and training in humanitarian response.
- English language proficiency is a plus, as many documents are in this language and there may be visits from non-Spanish speakers.
