Overview
Lead the strategic and operational implementation of the VenEsperanza emergency program.
You have:
- Professional experience in areas of social or economic sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration or related fields.
- Specialization or master's degree in areas related to project management, administrative management, international cooperation or related fields (desirable).
- Minimum professional experience of 5 years with victim, vulnerable and/or migrant populations, and at least 2 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience coordinating humanitarian and international cooperation programs.
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in cash transfer processes.
- Knowledge and experience in economic recovery and livelihood processes with migrant, returnee Colombians and host population.
- Knowledge of the intervention area and the Venezuelan context.
- Knowledge of databases, dashboards and technology such as tablets for capturing information.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, tables, database.
- Knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response is desirable.
- Ability to speak and write in English is a plus. Many documents are in English and visits from non-Spanish speakers will occur.
