Overview
Lead the implementation of the Joven Pro program in Antioquia.
You have:
- Professional in social sciences, psychology, social work, sociology, economics, law, business administration or related fields.
- Specialization or master's degree in project management, administrative management, international cooperation or related fields (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with vulnerable youth and/or migrant populations, and at least 2 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience of two years in coordinating international cooperation programs.
- Knowledge and experience in economic recovery processes and livelihoods with youth, migrants, returned population, and host communities.
- Knowledge in organizational strengthening methodologies and employability.
- Ability to coordinate actions between public and private actors, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of labor intermediation services and orientation processes for youth.
- Knowledge in data management, dashboards, and other data analysis and presentation mechanisms.
- English speaking and writing will be a plus, given that many documents are in this language and visits may be made by non-Spanish speakers.
