Overview
Support HR documentation and organizational structure review for CHAI Vietnam.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, organizational development, HR advisory, or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational restructuring, job description review and standardization, organizational design, and HR policy or process review.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, role classification, performance management, compensation structures, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to independently manage short-term HR projects and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
