You have:
- Graduate of Communications, Marketing, Business Management or related course with background in social media marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in content creation in an ad agency or digital media company.
- Proven experience in content production, brand campaigns, or digital marketing.
- Strong creative strategy, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with content performance analysis, A/B testing, and content optimization.
- Intermediate Adobe CS skills including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
- Experience working with creative freelancers and 3rd party vendors is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
The Content Producer leads the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and strategic content across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision, hands-on execution, and seamless collaboration with other Resource Development teams, Communications team and external partners. The Content Producer ensures that all initiatives reflect a Christ-centered commitment to serving children and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Brand Campaigns from Concept to Completion
- Develop and execute impactful brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Craft compelling narratives and visual storytelling strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across digital and traditional platforms.
- Set clear goals for each project and develop metrics to track success.
2. Develop and Implement Creative Strategies
- Translate brand messaging into engaging content tailored for target audiences.
- Generate fresh, innovative storytelling ideas across digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Adapt content strategies based on audience insights, industry trends, and platform best practices.
- Ensure all creative and video requirements for each campaign are executed effectively.
- Work closely with the Communications Team to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
3. Schedule and Manage Video & Photo Shoots for Brand Campaigns
- Plan and oversee video and photography shoots, ensuring high production quality.
- Coordinate logistics, including location scouting, talent selection, and scheduling.
- Work with internal and external videographers, photographers, and editors to bring creative visions to life.
4. Support Social Media Content Production
- Develop engaging social media content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Stay up to date with platform trends and implement innovative content strategies.
- Collaborate with the Community and Social Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency across channels.
5. Support Influencer Engagements, Community Activities & Public Affairs Events
- Identify and engage on-brand influencers for child sponsorship and campaign promotions.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including gifting, asset briefs, and deliverables.
- Provide content support for community events, advocacy initiatives, and public affairs engagements.
6. Content & Resource Management
- Manage relationships with external consultants, including graphic designers and video editors.
- Maintain an organized library of video, audio, and other creative assets.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Communications, Marketing, Business Management and any related course with background in social media marketing.

- Strong creative strategy, storytelling, and project management skills.

- Intermediate Adobe CS skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects (able to sub-title, add intro and outro, music, voice-over and basic edits).
- Experience working with creative freelancers and 3rd party vendors is an asset.
