Duties and Responsibilities

The Content Developer and Coordinator will carry out research, interactions, and coordination for requesting and gathering assets for the development of a virtual (and hopefully physical) exhibition named 'Shared Lives, Shared Future'. This role will facilitate the collection and transfer of assets, assist with complying with copyright requirements, and generate materials for online use. The contractor will need to be self-driven, and able to interact with interlocutors -- in particular UNICs, UN entities, and Member States if needed. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to: - Carry out research into topics and story ideas suitable for the exhibition; - Develop a list of potential photo-stories and populate it with ideas, in close coordination with UNICs and UN entities; - Maintain a system for requesting and acquiring assets, and attending to copyright requirements; - Carry out image and digital asset research and development; - Interact with interlocutors about materials and their quality and standards, background information, etc; - Develop materials for online use; - Perform other relevant duties as required.
