Overview

Adapt and rewrite content for mobile learning on Weapon Management.

You have:

  • Experience in mobile learning design or content writing in a learning context.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent writing skills are required.

The online volunteer will work in close collaboration with the project team in selecting and organising the content from the DPO-UNODA ''Effective Weapons and Ammunition Management in a Changing DDR Context'' handbook to create an interactive version of this handbook that is modified for mobile learning and mobile consultation. The content of the handbook will need to be adapted, rewritten, condensed. Essential information will need to be extracted and conveyed in a manner that is adapted to the specificity of just-in-time/on-the-job mobile learning. A team of 3 volunteers will cooperate, each being responsible for the adaptation of one part of the handbook. The volunteers will also coordinate in cross-checking the progress made, reviewing, and giving feedback on each other’s parts.
