You have:
- Postgraduate studies or Master's degree in related areas to Consulting.
- Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research in consulting themes.
- Proven experience in coordinating research projects or in coordinating the preparation of technical reports for decision-makers.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly in technical reports for political and social impact.
- Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written.
- Desirable: Doctorate in related areas to Consulting.
- Experience working with international organizations or Ministries of Education on these consulting topics.
- Excellent relationship skills and experience building alliances with key stakeholders in the themes of Central America.
- Proven experience in initiatives development and promotion of multi-stakeholder dialogue around the promotion and protection of the right to education.

Hablado y Escrito. **DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- **EDUCACION** - Doctorado en las áreas relacionadas con la Consultoría. **EXPERIENCIA** - Experiencia previa de trabajo con organismos internacionales o Ministerios de Educación en los temas de esta consultoría. - Excelentes habilidades y experiencia de relacionamiento y construcción de alianzas con actores claves en la temática en Centroamérica, y en particular, en los países abarcados. - Experiencia probada en la investigación, el desarrollo de iniciativas y el fomento del diálogo multi-actoral en torno a la promoción y protección del derecho a la educación a nivel regional.
