DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months
LOCATION: Delhi; employees will be provided flexible working from home options based on agreement with supervisor and terms of availability to be negotiated as COVID protocols change in the months ahead.

Advanced degree (Masters/ Ph.D) in economics, public policy, governance studies, urban finance, development studies and relevant fields.

2) Relevant Work Experience
Over 7-10 years of work experience in decentralized urban and local governance and related issues

Experience of working with Gram Panchayats and preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plans in preferable.

Experience of working with municipalities, especially on women and children issues is preferable

Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview on the basis of the review of sub-criteria 1 and 2 as listed above. Candidates who score overall 32 marks and above against criteria (1 through 2) as well as meet the minimum cut-off in each of the above four sub-criteria will be shortlisted for interview.
5. Technical interview (24 Min/ 30 Max)
Total technical score – 70. Minimum overall qualifying score is 56. Only those candidates who meet the overall qualifying marks of 56 and above as well as score the minimum cut-off in each of the above sub-criteria including the interview will be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.
Candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical Score and Financial score will be finally selected.
Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.
