Overview

Design and conduct training of trainers for civil society in Libya.

You have:

  • The lead of the training team should have a degree in social sciences or related fields of study.
  • Relevant work experience, especially in delivering training within the NGOs environment in Libya, experiences on Non-profit management.
  • Proven experience in training trainer’s design and delivering training in Project cycle management, Finance management, Governance and Human Resource management, Organizational management, External Relations.
  • Experience in providing Mentorship sessions, with proven experience, in Both English and Arabic Language.
  • Experience in dealing with the issues of basic HR procedures, understanding and skills about safe-programming principles and procedures.
  • A consultancy that could provide evidence about their previous work experiences in relation to this assignment.
  • Solid understanding of local contexts in Libya and ability to ensure application of in a conflict sensitive approach that is informed by the fluctuating political and communal dynamics in Libya.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in developing training guidelines or manuals with and for civil society in Libya; as well as conducting trainings.
  • Proven capacity to develop practical training guidelines and material, experience in documentation, reporting and evaluation of training programs.
  • Experience with NGOs/CSOs, INGO in Libya (national and international).
  • Strong mentoring and reporting skills.
  • Able to access all areas in Libya. (Libyan National ONLY)
  • Native Arabic speaker, and excellent English skills.
