You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in programme monitoring and evaluation.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in report writing and documentation.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and collaboratively.

Duty Station: Home Based, with travel to New Delhi

Contract Duration: 09 months; with 40 input days

HOW TO APPLY:

i. A Cover letter explaining suitability for the assignment (to be uploaded online under “Cover Letter” tab)

ii. Curriculum Vitae (CV) reflecting relevant experience and including three professional references (to be uploaded online under “Resume” tab)

iii. Submit at least 2 Work Samples – Monitoring system & architecture - Submit at least 2 evidence (report/excerpts of the report] of your contribution in some established monitoring system & architecture] (to be uploaded online under “Other – Applicant” as a single document containing 2 work samples)

iv. A financial proposal indicating all-inclusive monthly professional fee, as per the template attached - Financial Proposal - Consultant as Sr Advisor, Programme Monitoring & Learning.docx. Please do not forget to specify your name in the file while saving (to be uploaded online under “Financial Proposal” tab).

Important Note: Please do not indicate financials anywhere else in the online application form, please mark "n/a or 00", under the fee related questions in the online application form.

Without all the above 4 documents, your application will be considered incomplete and invalid and will not be considered further.
