Develop and implement evaluation methodologies for risk of violence in institutions.
You have:
- First degree in social science, law, human rights or other relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience at the national level in human rights work, social assistance work, sociology, etc.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience in conducting evaluations and developing interventions in the field of prevention of violence and abuse.
- Strong familiarity with the national policies in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities and preventing and combating violence and abuse.
- Experience of work with Central Public Authorities and subordinated agencies/institutions.
- Fluency in oral and written Romanian.
- Working knowledge of English would be an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the methodology for evaluation of risks, including risks of violence and abuse withing the Temporary Placement Centers for Persons with Intellectual and Psychosocial Disabilities; 2. Evaluate of 6 Temporary Placement Centers for Persons with Intellectual and Psycho-social Disabilities through the application of the developed risk evaluation methodology and development of the institutions report outlining the main challenges and needs for interventions for risk reduction; 3. Provide support in developing the program for risk reduction and management of cases of violence and abuse and increasing the quality of interventions within the Placement Centers.
Qualifications/special skills
