Develop strategic communication plan for vaccination program in Togo

You have:

  • Master in Science sociale, Santé publique, Sociologie, anthropologie, Communication pour le Changement Social et de Comportement, ou tout autres domaines
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance en santé publique et particulièrement la communication en santé
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la mission du PEV
  • Avoir au moins deux expériences démontrées dans la rédaction de documents de plan de communication
  • Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la communication
  • Avoir une expérience confirmée dans la facilitation des ateliers d’élaboration de documents stratégiques
  • Avoir conduit au moins un travail similaire dans un pays en développement de préférence en Afrique Sub-Saharienne
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français
  • Maîtriser les logiciels de gestion de base de données et de traitement de texte (Excel, Word, Power point sous Windows)

How can you make a difference?

Le consultant(e) retenu réalisera les activités suivantes en collaboration avec le comité technique de pilotage composé par les équipes de la Division de l’Immunisation (DI) et de la division Promotion de la Santé (DivPS):

• Proposer une méthodologie du travail ;

• Elaborer un chronogramme de la consultation ;

• Prendre en compte les observations du comité technique de pilotage ;

• Collecter et analyser les données et documents nécessaires ;

• Elaborer le plan du document ;

• Elaborer le document de stratégie de communication qui sera validé dans un atelier

• Finaliser le Document du Plan stratégique de communication pour le PEV en tenant compte des commentaires recueillis ;

• Soumettre la version finale du document ;

• Rédiger et soumettre le rapport de la consultation.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Master in Science sociale, Santé publique, Sociologie, anthropologie, Communication pour le Changement Social et de Comportement, ou tout autres domaines

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. Selected candidates are subject to confirmation of fully-vaccinated status against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with a World Health Organization (WHO)-endorsed vaccine, which must be met prior to taking up the assignment. It does not apply to consultants who will work remotely and are not expected to work on or visit UNICEF premises, programme delivery locations or directly interact with communities UNICEF works with, nor to travel to perform functions for UNICEF for the duration of their consultancy contracts.
