WWF-Myanmar is now inviting applications for a consultant for reviewing & strengthening procurement system & development based in Yangon, Myanmar.

Background of consultancy assignment/ project

WWF-Myanmar is committed to strengthening its procurement and fleet management systems to ensure compliance with WWF International policies and best practices. Although existing policies provide a foundation, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive procurement and fleet handbook and to review current standards and operational practices.

Engaging a technical expert can help identify procurement risks, propose mitigation measures, and review existing tools to better support staff.

Major Responsibilities

Review existing procurement and fleet compliance policies in line with WWF International standards.

Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in current practices.

Review exiting practical tools, handbooks, and systems to strengthen procurement and fleet management.

Build a framework that ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency in procurement processes.

The consultant will be expected to:

Review existing procurement and fleet compliance policies and practices.

Identify procurement risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Develop a comprehensive procurement and fleet handbook.

Review exiting supporting tools, including flow charts, forms, checklists, and filing systems.

Provide recommendations on any identified gaps

Requirements
