HOW TO APPLY: Your online application should contain THREE separate attachments to be uploaded under the specified place holders as directed on the online platform

  1. An updated CV, demonstrating all the requirements
  2. A cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining understanding of the scope and activities, motivation to undertake it and demonstrating fit for the assignment.

The technical evaluation criteria (80 points in total) will be split as follows:

Stage-I

(1) Language and content of cover letter - suitability for position, analytical skills, working with government or UNICEF, motivation and willingness to undertake field visit- Max 10/Min 7 Marks

(2) Relevant educational qualifications- Max 10/Min 7 Marks

(3) Relevant work experience- Max 20/Min 14 Marks

Candidates who score overall 28 marks and above as well as the minimum marks in each of the

criteria (1), (2) and (3) will be shortlisted for an Interview.

Stage-II

Interview - Max 40/Min 28 Marks

Total technical score = Max 80/Min 56 Marks- Candidates who score the minimum 56 marks out of 80 and also meet the minimum cut-off in the interview, will be considered technically qualified and their financial offers will be opened.

Total financial score = Max 20 Marks

Total technical and financial score -100 Marks

  • The candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical and Financial score will be selected for the consultancy.

  • Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.

  • Joint applications of two or more individuals are not accepted.
