Enhance EOSG's internal data and digital capabilities through integrated solutions.
You have:
- At least a first-level degree in management, business, analytics, computer science, information systems, public administration, political science, international relations, or other related social sciences.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, data management, analytics, digital workflow and solutions design, or similar is required.
- Demonstrated experience in using analytical/engineering tools (e.g. Python, SQL, R, PowerQuery) is required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 digital ecosystem (e.g. SharePoint, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Excel) is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is required.
- Experience applying NLP or AI-assisted analytics is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell) is desirable.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.

Result of Service
By the end of the assignment, the consultant will have enhanced EOSG’s internal data and digital capabilities through (1) fully developed and integrated data workflows supporting priority initiatives; (2) user-ready digital tools and dashboards that simplify reporting, planning, and coordination processes; (3) improved documentation, knowledge assets, and user training materials; and (4) a more streamlined, efficient, and digitally enabled operating environment within EOSG.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Systems and Integration: Design, configure and optimize data management and integration solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics 365) and analytical tools. Develop data processing workflows using Python, SQL, R, PowerQuery or equivalent tools to ensure high-quality, interoperable datasets. In alignment with organizational policies and responsible AI standards, incorporate AI / natural language processing (NLP) techniques where relevant to enhance data quality and usability. 2. Digital Product Development and Implementation: Create digital tools and lightweight applications (dashboards, automated workflows, knowledge repositories) that improve internal processes and information access. 3. Deployment, Maintenance and Support: Oversee implementation and release cycles for digital products, including version control, documentation, and user support mechanisms. Establish procedures for data recovery, system updates, and continuity of solutions. 4. Project Coordination and Implementation: Support project implementation, liaising with internal service providers, and coordinating timelines. Assist in planning and delivering trainings, briefings, and onboarding sessions to end-users and other stakeholders. 5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation of current tools and products: Propose improvements to existing systems and introduce new methods that enhance efficiency, automation, and insight generation.
