Consultant (communication/urban economics)
Result of Service The consultant is to deliver the outputs described below: - Social media posts, content for the website, interactive videos and Power Point presentations for the Forum of Mayors project, 20 pages in English - Social media posts, articles, content for the project website, content for the project MS Teams channel, interactive videos and Power Point presentations for the UNDA project events and reports as per the agreed by the project partners project communication plan, 20 pages in English.

Expected duration 1 November - 31 December 2021.
Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of Ms. Gulnara Roll, Secretary to the Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management, the consultant will work on the UNDA rapid response project “Urban economic and financial recovery and resilience building in the time of COVID-19”.
Under this project, the consultant will support the secretariat with the implementation of the project communication plan. She will support the partners in communication and dissemination of project information and results through the preparation of social media posts, design of project reports, articles, content for the project website and the project MS Teams channel, Power Point presentations; developing scripts and doing voice for interactive videos.
The consultant will also support the secretariat with the communication for the Second Forum of Mayors (4-5 April 2022), including the preparation of social media posts, articles, content for the project website and the project Ms Teams channel, Power Point presentations, developing scripts and doing voice for interactive videos.
In the development of a graphics and interactive videos the consultant will work together with the unit visual design consultant.
Qualifications/special skills Skills: Communications, social media, international relations Academic Qualifications: Advanced degree Experience: at least 2 Language: English
