How can you make a difference?

Professional Videographer to produce 3-5 minutes of 6 videos (in Tetum with subtitle in English) on nutrition services available at health facilities and the importance of good nutrition for improving the coverage and access to services. The videos consist of the following topic:

1. Importance of 1000 days windows of opportunity
2. Nutrition situation and progress (comparison of data from 2010, 2013, and 2020)
3. Service and importance of Vitamin A for children 6 – 59 months
4. Service and importance of Micronutrient Powder for 6 – 23 months
5. Importance of breastfeeding practice for 6-23 months
6. Nutrition service available at health facility

These videos will be broadcast in media channels to help family, mothers and childcare to understand and aware of the nutrition services available at health facility and why it is important to invest on the child nutrition in order to improve the coverage and nutrition situation in Timor-Leste.

Work Assignment

1. Consultation and discussion with UNICEF Nutrition Section and MoH and Review existing information, material and intervention implemented by ministry of health at health facility to develop a workplan and detail script based on Timor-Leste context (including interview with key nutrition staff, settings, actors, and location) in the area of:

• Importance of 1000 days windows of opportunity
• Nutrition situation and progress (comparison of data from 2010, 2013, and 2020)
• Service and importance of Vitamin A for children 6 – 59 months
• Service and importance of Micronutrient Powder for 6 – 23 months
• Importance of breastfeeding practice for 6-23 months
• Nutrition service available at health facility

2. Work with UNICEF CSD and Communication Sections to review the draft script and incorporate feedback provided by MOH and UNICEF.

3. Filming and production of 6 videos (3-5 minutes)

4. Finalization of the videos

Deliverables:

1. Workplan and Draft Script for video (10 days)

2. Revised script with MOH and UNICEF feedback (5 days)

3. Final draft of video shared with MOH and UNICEF (10 days)

4. Final product (with English sub-titles) in TV and social media versions (5 days)

All the services are available in any health facility across the country. Consultant might choose health facility either in Dili or in other municipality (travel to municipality as an option). The consultant will include the costs of travel to municipality in the submission of proposal.

Contract Duration: 30 days spread over from December 2021 - January 2022.
