Consultancy Title : UNISON (SALESFORCE) Capacity Building Consultant (184 Days)
Contract
This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.
UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.
Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.
And we never give up.
For every child, hope.
UNICEF has been using UNISON (UNICEF’s CRM tool on the SALESFORCE platform) to manage partnerships since 2015. However, this tool has been used inconsistently and is underutilized in this regard across all levels of the organization. As such, short-term support is needed to: (i) increase familiarity and usage of UNISON by training and equipping users both at the Regional Office and Country Office levels; and (ii) promote cross team collaboration by increasing the quality of information within the platform and realization of its benefits beyond the conclusion of this consultancy.
How can you make a difference?
Under the supervision of the Regional Partnerships Manager (Private Fundraising and Partnerships), the incumbent will lead the regional roll-out of UNISON by driving necessary behavior change, adoption, and engagement of this tool to maximize its benefits for partnership management. Specifically, s/he will:
1. Build the capacity of Partnerships teams at the Regional Office and Country Offices across MENA; and proactively guide and support them in the effective use of UNISON.
2. Support Partnerships teams at the Regional Office and Country Offices across MENA to upload new information; and ‘clean-up’ existing data in UNISON to ensure it accurately reflects the portfolio of existing partnerships and new business opportunities.
3. Fine tune market specific dashboards and reports generated in UNISON, present them to key internal stakeholders to encourage the sharing of valuable business intelligence and collaboration across teams.
4. Provide ‘help-desk’ support for requests from Partnerships colleagues at the Regional Office and Country Offices across MENA for UNISON enquiries.
