Consultant - Digital Governance Consultant – Jakarta
BACKGROUND
In the ongoing transformation process at Save The Children Indonesia (SCIDN), one of the key initiatives is the localization of Save the Children International policies to align with Indonesian laws and regulations. A priority in this effort is the localization of Information Technology (IT) policies, which involves adapting numerous existing policies to the local context and developing new policies to meet the future needs of SCIDN.
This task is essential to ensure compliance with national legal standards and to address specific operational requirements within Indonesia. The successful localization and creation of these IT policies will support SCIDN's strategic objectives and enhance the organization's effectiveness in delivering its mission.
OBJECTIVES
- To translate global IT policies into localize policies, including grouping all the policy.
- Adopt local law & regulation to the local policies.
- Create new policy.
- Assisting TDU to roll out some of the sub-plan in the Road Map.
DELIVERERABLES
- Set of final draft IT policies
- New IT policies.
- Documentation from the rolled out sub-plan.

- IT Policies
- Managing SharePoint
- Roll out sub-plan TDU
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
The consultant must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Has degree or qualifications in related field or Information System, with minimum GPA 3.0.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Good logical thinking and good commonsense
- Experience or involved in designing or creating policies (IT policies preferable)
- Tech savvy
- Understand and have a good understanding of Business Process (IT Business Process
- preferable)
- Good in English
- Good understanding of Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Outlook and Office365
