You have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as development studies or statistics required.
- A minimum of five years of work experience in relevant fields required.
- At least three years of specific experience in monitoring and evaluation required.
- Knowledge of key donors such as ECHO and USAID preferred.
- High degree of computer literacy required, including knowledge of CommCare and PowerBI.
- Experience in MEAL for emergency response programs is highly appreciated.
- Fluency in written and oral English, Dari, and Pashto required.
