NRC is looking for a diplomatic and collaborative leader, with great interpersonal skills to join the team in Bangladesh as a Consortium Manager. If you are someone who has good negotiation and communication skills, and works well with others under pressure this is the role for you!
What You Will Do
- Strategic Direction and advice to the Consortium.
- Programmatic and Financial performance of the Consortium.
- Fundraising initiatives.
- Advocacy and Communication material production and dissemination.
- Compliance with donor’s strategy, requirements and expectations.
- Consortium Coordination Unit management.
What You Will Bring
- Senior Project Management experience, in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Consortium or Partnerships experience.
- Project Cycle Management exposure.
- Grants Management involvement.
- Advocacy and Communications experience.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.

What We Offer
- Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh duty station.
- 12 months contract duration.
- 40% travel, approximately.
