Offering online English classes is part of our literacy project for children and youth. Our goal is to educate, empower and enrich the students with necessary skills.

Online Volunteers will be instrumental in teaching English classes and motivating the children to pursue their future goals. The mission of the Ann Foundation is to give the right platform and learning opportunities to children, youth, and the underprivileged to attain their highest potential in their lives.

We are looking for Volunteers to conduct online English classes for the children at Balikabhavan, Thirumullavaram in Kerala. Balikabhavan is an orphanage,these children are very young,they need your love and support. Volunteers must be proficient in both Malayalam and English. Classes are conducted Monday to Friday between 6 to 8 pm Indian Standard Time Online Volunteers are expected to teach one hour class on two consecutive days.

Please apply only if these timings are suitable for you. Orientation and access to the curriculum will be given to all the Volunteers. Classes are conducted online via Skype or Zoom, therefore, you must have access to a good internet connection. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers. Note: Applicants without a CV will not be accepted. The Malayalam language is a mandatory requirement.

Fluency in Malayalam and English is required as the students are beginners. Some experience in teaching would be useful but not necessary.

Note that the students consider the volunteers as their teacher, mentor, and a friend, therefore we are reaching out to volunteers with compassion and dedication.

Applicants without CV will be rejected Non Malayalam speaking applicants also will be rejected.
