You have:
- Fluency in Tamil is required as the teaching will be in Tamil.
- Fluency in English is required as the children are beginners.
- Some experience in teaching would be considered an asset.
- Willingness to commit to teach classes on any 2 consecutive days from 5 to 8 pm IST.

Offering online English classes is part of our literacy project for children and the youth. We hope to empower by educating them and developing their personalities. Volunteers will teach English and instill confidence for the students to pursue their career goals.
We are recruiting volunteers to conduct English classes for children in various states of Tamil Nadu, India.
Volunteers best suited for this opportunity are those who can converse in Tamil and are proficient in English. Volunteers must be motivated, and willing to make a commitment. The timings of the classes are 5-8 pm IST (Mon-Sun). You are required to teach the students on any 2 consecutive days of your choice. Please apply only if these times suit you. Orientation will be given to all the volunteers.
Applicants will be interviewed via phone, Whatsapp/skype.

Note: this assignment is for only Tamil Speaking volunteers, non-Tamil speaking applicants will be rejected.
Fluency in Tamil and English is required as the children are beginners. Some experience in teaching would be well looked upon but not necessary. Bear in mind that the children consider volunteers as their teacher, mentor and a friend.Therefore we need committed volunteers!
