Overview

Compile proposals into an Excel file and identify missing or incomplete information.

You have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to communicate in English with the task focal point.
  • Experience with data entry or administration processes.

This task is part of a call for proposals launched by UN-Habitat to fund water and sanitation operators. The proposals received are from across the world and may be written in English, French, Spanish. The online volunteer will need to transfer this information to an excel file (copy paste), and indicate where no information is provided or is incomplete. Some responses may be hand written however most can be copy-pasted. We estimate each volunteer will have 20 proposals and the time per proposal is 15 minutes.

    This project will support 20-30 water/sanitation operators to improve their services. This is the first phase of the project during which a selection committee will select the best proposals. The global call for proposals was launched in January and we expect a high number of proposals.

  • 1-5 hours per week / 2 weeks

    The online volunteers must have Microsoft Office and be able to use the basic functions of word and excel. The volunteers should be able to communicate in English with the task focal point.
