You have:
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in an international organization or a multinational.
- Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively in public and with all types of audiences in the community.
- Good command of the local dialect and French.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Holder of a driving license A.
- Knowledge of the district, local dialect, and community mobilization would be assets.

Dans le cadre de ses activités à Madagascar, Save the Children lance un avis de vacance de poste pour le recrutement d'un Community Mobiliser Officer pour un contrat à durée indéterminée
Le poste sera basé à Mananjary.
Responsabilités principales du poste :
Placé sous la responsabilité du Project Coordinator, il/elle a pour missions principales :
- Facilitation et mise en œuvre des activités du projet selon des objectifs prédéfinis
- Mobilisation des bénéficiaires et parties prenantes pour leur participation aux activités du projet ;
- Soutien de l’organisation dans les activités sur le terrain ;
- Assurer l’implication des bénéficiaires et parties prenantes stratégiques dans le projet ;
- Mobilisation et renforcement des capacités des bénéficiaires ;
- Elaboration des rapports mensuels de qualité
Profil requis pour le poste :
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de licence en Sciences Sociales, Communication ou équivalent avec 2 à 3 ans d’expériences professionnelles du domaine dans une organisation internationale ou une multinationale
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique : Word, Excel, outlook
- Aptitude à bien communiquer en public et à tout type d’audience dans la communauté
- Bonne maîtrise du dialecte local et du Français
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Titulaire d’un Permis A
- Connaissance du district, dialecte local et mobilisation communautaire seraient des atouts.
