To bring desirable changes in the community we serve by building capacity of the people and thereby sustaining their development.

The basic purpose of this position is to organize and mobilize the community to ensure sustainable impact and ownership of the Program/project interventions, as well as to be the direct implementer and information gathered in the project communities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mobilize and Engage Communities to participate in project activities
  • Implementation of Project Activities
  • Reporting

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in developmental interventions
