Lead maintenance of CARM database, enhance data automation and visualization with Power BI.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, social sciences with a specialism in IT, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, and knowledge of Zendesk is a strong asset.
Expertise in configuring and managing CRMs, including ticketing systems, automations, triggers, and workflows.
Prior experience in customer service, IT, market research, or project management.
Proficiency in CRM database management, data automation, and experience with digital platforms.
Expertise in database management and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or other data visualization software.
Understanding of ethical considerations and cultural sensitivity when handling community feedback and complaints.
Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
